I purchased RTR 160 4v on 25.10.2019, the engine sound is coming...The service showrooms are very bad in Srikakulam, they don't know anything and they are simply cleaning the bike and returned..now ABS is also not working..since last one year I'm facing the issues with engine sound and ABS.. customer service is also not responding.. I travelled Only 8000km because my bike is kept in showroom approximately half of the days..waste of money ..I really felt unhappy with this bike and services showrooms..still my problem is not rectified

Worest responce in this show room staff.iam waiting 2 hours for one small part of my vehicle.he saying the person is unavailable.( in the show room time).He saying after 2hour there is no stock.

Too horrible neither staff members nor incharge taken action even multiple follow-up.nLast 25 days looking for update but still no response and not even having responsibility towards customer. Hope higher management will take response if customer is valuable.. we know that here money matters and no action will be applicable.... It's routine in our country. But still hoping for better.
