Affordable price. They deliver on time without giving any trouble to the customers. The service there is quite good and clean. They are also being very careful while delivering food items online during the covid-19 pandemic.

Ambience is average. Washroom needs upgrade. Faucets need repair. Food, as good as other KFCs.

I am happy with KFC tezpur. I had a complaint regarding fries and popcorn not provided in a correct manner in my take away order. But, they took my complaint seriously, and gave a quick response and provided me the leftout order on time. I really appreciate the service provided and thankful that they do a lot for the customer's concern. I take back my complaint and thank you KFC, Tezpur and the staff for such a kind gesture in limited time. Looking forward to visit again.
