Terrible customer service. Nobody was available for asking status of the order. Their whatsapp business literally gives no replies. The flowers I ordered were of a different colour altogether and what was delivered was totally different. They delivered on time though.. that's why the 2 stars.. please update a phone number for calling.. or improve ur whatsapp business customer service..

They took money from my account but order not delivered, worst customer service they don't even take the phone call and not refunded yet froud website don't order anything.
