After sale services is too poor.nthe people sitting in technical department of laptop , are just don't know anything .ni brought HP laptop from their store and suddenly im facing problem on it so i just want to consult them but the men sitting on laptop department is just don't know anything about laptop using my laptop roughly i told him to use keyborad politly but that man is just a use less seriously .ni just want to inform plz appoint some one who is knowledge about tech. plz.ndon't make peoples fool.nproduts are bit good.

Customer service is not at all good..if u want to ask anything regarding product they dont have any technical knowledge..worst digital store..I have to wait more than 30mins for sales boy to interact with me..ud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4e

This is the best in town - forget about all the other shops which charge vehemently - they are best and professional with all india same rates.

Service after Sales is very poor.nnUntill you have paid for the product, they will be very co-operative with the customers. Once you have paid for the product, it will be delivered to your location on time, but the installation process may take days. Moreover, they won't respond properly over the phone after payment/delivery is over.nnWhile they have promised to unbox the product by their technician 48 hours after delivery, they have not yet showed up after 120 hours.nnBy this we can assume that, the warranty service/repairing service wouldn't be satisfactory as well.nnAlthough, you will have a wide variety of electronic products for sale, like Televisions, DSLRs, Mobiles, Mobile & Computer accessories, Laptops/Tablets, Refrigerators, etc.nnSpacious place.nnMy overall experience is average/not good.
