my last experience was very bad.... on 17-2-2020 i v to purchase a discounted pair of shoes due to non availability of brown colour shoes of my choice....i v checked d pair as per advice of sales person n purchased it...bt after 2 days of use d shoes worn out n when i v intimated n shown them that they v sold me a damaged product in d name of festive discount n request to replace it or to adjust it with another undiscounted pair...but they v refused saying that once shoes goes out of showroom company cant do that...
