From the arrival of the driver to Capital Caring I knew we had made the correct choice. Very seldom does one come into contact with a group of people that from the first time they meet you, you know that they not only understand what you are going through but care. Thornton’s attention to detail was exceptional. The programs and everything I needed or wanted done was accomplished with ease. I found them to be extremely professional, patient, caring, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Most funeral homes don’t file your insurance paperwork for you. That drudgery is generally left for you to do. They filed all the necessary insurance paperwork, thus making life so much easier. AND they pushed some strings to get Pops in the resting place that he needed to be in. Well done Thornton!
