Mark was the gentleman helping me through this unexpected situation he was very respectful very helpful and most of all very honest! I asked for itemized list of everything and i got exactly what i asked for. I decided to go to Charles F Snyder Funeral Home because my late parent's trusted in them many year's ago and i had a very bad experience with another funeral home in Lancaster. My first experience at the forefront of the funeral planning process was sadly accompanied by the unexpected and devasting passing of my best friend. At a time when I was completely ill-informed about the logistics of the planning process and highly emotional the staff at Charles F. Snyder were admirable. I would like to give recognition to our Director Candice. She was empathetic to our unique circumstances and made sure that my decisions were not only thoughtful but informed. To my best friend, Celeste “Chocolate” Terry you are missed with unfathomable magnitude. Love you, I’ll see you again in Paradise!

My mother passed after a 4 and half year battle with cancer. I stopped at Snyder Funeral Home and spoke with Chad. He understood my wife and my grief and treated us with respect and care. He took his time to explain to us the process and helped us choose a casket after listening to our needs for my mother. He assigned Holly as the director which was the right choice. Holly was so tentative and constantly asked if there was anything that she could do for us during the viewing and burial. Holly went above and beyond this sorrowful process. The professionalism of Charles F. Snyder Funeral home and their employees is superb. Thank you all for your outstanding service.
