The trees and grasses make the park beautiful. Benches are also available for sitting.

Shree Chandra Shekhar park is one of the nice park near Delhi . Delhi, India’s capital territory, is a massive metropolitan area in the country’s north. In Old Delhi, a neighborhood dating to the 1600s, stands the imposing Mughal-era Red Fort, a symbol of India, and the sprawling Jama Masjid mosque, whose courtyard accommodates 25,000 people. Nearby is Chandni Chowk, a vibrant bazaar filled with food carts, sweets shops and spice stalls.A firebrand leader in student days and a contemporary to Socialist DR. Ram Manohar Lohia, the life span of 8 decades (1980 to 2007) of Shree Chandrashekhar was centered around Uttar Pradesh (place of birth) to New Delhi (political center). He became ninth Prime Minister of India in 1990-1991 for seven months in the tumultuous and shaky situation of coalition era of Indian Politics. He became Prime Minister after the fractured tenure of V P Singh and succeeded by P V Narasimha Rao. Not known much for the contribution in nation making due to political compulsion and coalition, this Leader could not deliver his maximum in Politics too. This memorial is in Rashtriya Smriti Sthal where memorials of other Presidents, Vice Presidents and Prime Ministers are constructed and located and is nearby Raj Ghat. It is well maintained, and landscape and greenery of the memorial are excellent.
