I have been customer to them since 2016..nPros:n1. Ambience is goodn2. Service is goodn3. Normally charges 250 rupees for hair cutn4. Charges for face cleanup is 1000 rupeesn5.Consistency in service quality is maintained by them even though frequent change of peoplennCons:n1. Price is little bit high

Very nice experience, had a haircut and beard trimming. Guy was not in a hurry to finish but Infact gave his time and perfected the Shave and Haircut. All in all good experience with good ambience

Third Class customer service. A girl (p.s. don't want to disclose her name, as she might get fired) sitting on the chair alone, listening to songs and having her gala time, having no interest in attending customers, in spite of none of the customers is present at saloon, Madam says i cannot attend you because i'm already having an appointment that looks she wanted to listen her songs and enjoy her me time. Pathetic !

I visited there on 9th March 2019 for cleanup. I am not satisfied with their services at all. Althought I chose to Deepclean, they just did it like touching my face with some scrub and cream. They did not even remove my blackheads/white heads.nWhen I asked about it, they said they do cleanup like this only.nBut I am wondering, if they do nothing apart of applying some cream for 10 minutes then what is the purpose to name it Deepclean.nI am taking cleanup from last 7 years and never experienced this type of service.nNo doubt, ambience is good but it does not make sense to compromise with services and they compensate it with their high price of services.nI did not write any review earlier but today I compelled to review it as today I went somewhere else for cleanup and they did fantastic job and infact they charged me lower amount than Fspa and saloon.nHoping u will improve your services with competitive price.nGood luck !!
