I had a savior back pain last 3 years & I couldn’t take proper rest due to job in IT sector.nI visited this clinic. Dr. Gaurav sir checked me than he suggested very easy & stress free exercises to me with some waves and Ultra sound treatment.nDr. Gaurav sir suggested me 15 days treatment and after 15 days of treatment I feel lucky to find clinic like this.nI am working in Ahmedabad and I had visited more than 3 different physiotherapy centers in Ahmedabad but I can't get relief in my Pain.nDue to Covid-19, I am working from Home so come out in Home Town and visited this clinic. I am really happy and grateful to Dr. Gaurav sir and his Team.nNow I am feel 90% relief in my Pain. I was suffering from pain of ligament injury in my right knee & was not able to do all my activities without pain. I took medicines for a long time but it didn't work. Then I went to Health first for physiotherapy treatment. They gave me strengthening exercises & I followed it for a month & then I got a huge relief from my pain & all the problems.nNow I feel really strong & I am able to do all the activities without pain & fear.nHealth First is really excellent. I had problem of frozen shoulder since 1 year and also there was little numbness in my little figure. The pain of shoulder was increasing day by day and was not allow me to work consistently on my work. I had undergone the physiotherapy treatment at Health First , Bhangali Gate circle, Bhavnagar for 15 days. I could find the result in just 3-4 day of treatment and completely recovered in 15 days time. I would like to thanks for Dr. Gaurav and his kind supportive staff for giving personal attention and carryout out the exercises by me. I recommend the to all, to visit this center for physiotherapy treatment.

I was facing cervical problem from almost one and half month. I had pain in my head and neck. It also reached out to my left shoulder. I have visited too many doctors. But nobody could offer a proper cure.nFinally, I decided to visit a physiotherapist. I got to know about HEALTH FIRST PHYSIOTHERAPY CENTRE, Bhavnagar. I met Dr. GAURAV CHOITHANI. Firstly, he checked my file, MRI and digital x-ray. He examined in a very proper way, asked questions and performed a physical test. Then he asked me to do some physiotherapy exercises and treatment for a week at his centre. I felt relaxed just within two days. My head, neck, shoulders and arms felt good. After completing a week of treatment, my pain almost was gone. Now I feel just like before. HEALTH FIRST PHYSIOTHERAPY CENTRE has the latest equipment, Dr. GAURAV is knowledgeable and honest about his responsibilities. I’m thankful to HEALTH FIRST and Dr. GARURAV and staff who helped me overcome from such a bad situation.
