I m writing this review for Nilambuag swimming pool as it is own and managed by same authorities and there is no separate page / contact details provided for swimming pool.nWith due respect, both and gym and swimming pool are good. Only problem is refund policy. As I joined swimming pool as couple package for 3 months in march 2020 and just after 2 days lockdown started. We enquired for refund or transfer to gym facility but they denied for either stating that they have no refund policy. There must be some provision for such special conditions as it's not our folt either. Hoping for change in refund policy.
