So this place is more than just a gym. You cannwalk in and make friends that will guide you andnhelp you out each time. They have great programsnsuch as kickboxing, yoga, Zumba etc that you cannopt for to change the routine once in a while. Theynhave dedicated cardio and spinning sections withnmood lighting and good instructors. The staff isnhumble and helpful whenever approached.
