no Zero else give Zero, they don't even want to work, rather it easy to update saying Incomplete address (Flat no. BLG no. Society Complex Name, Area Name, Land mark, Road name, Pin Code, State) everything given still they says Incomplete address, Doesn't matter if the document cld be urgent for the receiver, All Gov. EMPLOYEES are laziest people in the world. They all are happy for the Salary which they get for not working, privatasation is Must.
