I was experiencing server neck and shoulders pain. Nilkanth physio took the time to understand my situation and put together a plan to reduce the symptoms. After a few visits I felt much better and was given various stretches &exercise to help me self manage a long the way. My symptoms are very minimal now and I continue to use the technique suggested. My name is sanjay kalkani.. I had an accident on road.. after that I was operated for my shoulder fracture.. after treatment i lost my wrist movement.. I went to neurophysician.
