I studied in this school from 1965 to 1970 ,6 th STD to 11 th std. Lot of good memories specially shri Ghatge sir teaching maths and physics,sh Mohabe sir and principal as shri Vajpayee ji, Awasthi sir,Sinha sir,chohan sir,vijay saksena sir, singh madam 6 th std ,they have made my life, after superannuation as Executive director BHEL when I look back I want to thanks all the teaching staff from GMHS Bilaspur for grooming me for 6 yrs. Although I always topped in school but not meet merit rank within top 10 but got merit certificate as par expectation of beloved teachers , many gems have been alumini of school and they performed best in their life due to excellent grooming by school.

This is not only school but also a temple.which students found best education from well qualified teachers,a lots of discipline and sports and there are also have NCC and NSS and the best ATL.
