located at parle point near sargam center ,,,staff good behave ,,,, duty on gaurd managed public & icici agent well,,,activness level high,,,,, minnuse point inquiry counter only two which feel coustomer erritateted
Very nice and helpful staff. Token system available so no need to stand in long queue. Customer work starts around 11am in this branch.
Very SLOW PROCESSING of redemption, almost takes more than 45 minutes per client, agents and internal staff are given preference - very bad experience.
Attended customers promptly.nToken system for que is very good.
