Sanjeevani Multi Speciality Hospital

Very poor management of COVID vaccination. Long queues, no social distancing. Poor cooperation from staff.horrible experience of vaccination at Sanjeevani.

I just had my appendix operation done from this hospital. I stayed here for two nights. I would summarise my experience in positives and some things which you can improve upon:nnPositives:nGood service.nEmpathic support staff.nSisters/Aya's were on toes whenever we called for help.nPrompt response of our doubts.nClean premise.nGood food.nMr.Jignesh at TPA help desk for insurance claim was very helpful and my work was done without any hassle by him.nMonica night duty Sister took special care of me on first night of my operation. Though I called her multiple times she was supportive and empathic in making me feel at ease.nnThings to improve upon:nSome sisters were inexperienced and they were struggling with the simple task of throbbing needles for saline, also the girl from pathalogy lab was very ill trained she could not get my blood and pricked multiple times for the same.nnLobby area was too noisy, loud chitter chatter by hospital staff, therefore was unable to rest peacefully.nnOverall my experience was good.nThank you.

Excellent treatment..Dr Jenil and Dr Saumya are brilliant in their jobs!! The staff and management are all very supportive.
