Worst service seen ever.. Doctor are so egoistic and behaving so rudely to visitors. Many time i told that oxygen pipe is loose but none of the staff, even none of the doctor cares for it. They are just money making machine. Making reports everyday to increase bill and not treating patients properly. Pharmacy has the worst service. No one in pharmacy is listening. Needed medicine for emergency patients will also not entertained.nQueue is long is pharmacy but they are not taking it seriously..nTUFF TIME SPENT IN HOSPITAL.nI think death rate is more then the recovery rate.

Very bad experience, totally business mentality, no value of patients above 60yrs. Staff is good but Dr are just for making money. So much of ignorance for patients. Very bad treatment. Assistant Drs ( specially in 3rd floor) don't no how and what to do as per situation. I would not suggest anyone to go to this hospital. They don't save life,they just ignore and full of EGO and attitude. I lost my dad because of their ignorance. Patient keeps on calling but they say we are taking tea snacks so please wait.family members are treated as if they are not talking to Dr but a jailer. It is just for publicity that ventilator facility is there, it's patient who needs to search for the same. There is no proper communication from Drs to patients family members for any requirement. Medical store service is worst. Please stop playing with lives. Everyone is equally important.

Pathatic and disgusting experience. Giving bed to covid patient beside non covid patient. Worst ever. This should be last choice for hospital in Surat. Very rude careless inexperienced staff. Prescribing costly medicines everyday in code words so relatives have to purchase only from their medical store. Doctors dont eve care to inform relatives about condition of the patients. Save money and time by avoiding this hospital

Service is good but pharmacy department is worrrsssst....not basic medicines available. When we ask for medicine they say we have ordered, you will get it in afternoon. In afternoon they say you will get in evening and night. This is endless, end pharmacy staff also worst. They all look for all patient list rather than looking only one at a time. In covid era, such pharmacy is curse for mankind.
