Very good gym. Trainers help you properly and constantly inform you how to do an exercise. If you aren't able to do it properly then they are there to guide you.

Difficult to find correct place for shaping your self but Fitness First is the perfect place for the same. Good and secure place, staff are very cooperative and helping in nature, special thanks to my coach for inspiring me to work hard, thank you Kozy Mam for being my coach and encouraging me to do my best.

Working out from past 8 years and have changed 4 to 5 gyms in Surat, but this is the best I have come across, trainers are the best, they don't ask for any extra money for training. Floor exercises are the best
