Got orpat kettle from Amazon and within warranty period it has stopped working. With constant hard work,emails and phones calls to cloudtail,amazon and Orpat, finally got service centre address. Got there handed over kettle and after 5 days got call and was told to pay 50 rs service charges. I wondered that what is the use of warranty period if some one has to pay charges. They said that we are not getting paid by company for services if you buy from Amazon so we charge for our services. Moreover kettle switch got loose after service
