onepluse service center is not respond properly. staff is not professional they are ignore calls and they have no value of costumers. they took 15 days for only replace display. verry bed behaviour and not responding properly not attempt calls.. they delay delivery of phones . not give a phone at talling time. such a bed service

service center not answering properly and behaving like they are boss of company.After requesting for many times they haven't heard issue.nOne plus service center only three in all over Gujarat. Feeling that if instead of one plus i must go for SAMSUNG,APPLE or even MI can serve better service than this Oneplus. In service center there not rules they work according to their own preferences.Goverment office service is better than 1 Plus service.

The store has no customer value , the employee of the store are very rude , no one gives satisfying answers ,nnI bought oneplus earbud 13-4-2021 and the case is not working so i go to the service center and they told me that your case is replace by us by 19-4-2021. and I don't understand the replacement of case take 6 days and today is 20-4-2021 and the employee says we have shortage of Engineer ......what the hell.....if my case is replace to me by new one then what is the need of an engineer.....ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21
