I have chosen Rahul as trip advisor for 2 reasons,thorough professional and reasonable budget package deals.nHis team in Andaman are highly motivated,helpful and good coordination for all 7 days itenary. Highly disappointed with their service. My husband booked a return flight between Bangalore-Goa using Dream Travel Yaari. While booking, the agent had updated his contact. Due to this, when his flight from Goa to Bangalore got cancelled and he was given a ticket on an alternative flight, he got no information from the airline. Dream Yaari team did not bother to inform him about the cancellation or re-schedulement. My husband had to book another flight at the last moment and pay double the amount from his own pocket. When we contacted Dream Travel Yaari booking agent to refund our fare for the cancelled flight, he was extremely rude and outrightly denied to refund our money. Overall, pathetic service with no customer eccentricity. They are running a scam and fooling people. Will highly advise others to be extra cautious and use authentic booking websites like MakeMyTrip, Amazon etc. to avoid loosing money.

Unprofessional Fraudster.nnI had booked my flight tickets on nudging of a friend from Delhi NCR who had received a forward message over whatsapp from Rahul Ahuja (owner?) of Dream Travel Yaari. The tickets were costing me 6000 Rs on Goibibo/MMT but I ended up paying 6300 to DTY. I was under false impression that it's an agency and I will get better service. Sadly, the opposite turned out to be true and I ended up making a mistake of trusting an unknown agency/person.nWhat happened? - My Goa to Bangalore return morning flight got cancelled by airline GoAir but I didn't receive any intimation from Dream Travel Yaari team. When Inquiring the airline I was told that Rahul had provided his own details instead of mine as contact details and the airline had already informed him and DTY much in advance on the cancelation. Nobody from the agency including Rahul himself bothered to inform me about it, which is highly unprofessional. This meant that I had to book another flight at the very last moment and pay exorbitant price. When I was dealing with the airline, I tried contacting Rahul, but he didn't bother to call back/message ever after that. The story gets even worse.nAfter coming back we asked Rahul to refund our cancelled flight's ticket and payback the charges. He refused to payback the fee which he charged from his end (~600 Rs) and paid back only what the airline returned (full ticket price, which was only 2440). So, essentially he charged us extra(~3200) for a flight which costed less(2440), but didn't pay back us the extra amount charged from his end, when flight got cancelled. The worst part was that that he didn't even bother to inform us on the flight cancelation when he was already aware of it. So, I lost money all the way. When I spoke with him about this, very politely, he acted like an absolute thug and refused to pay any money, even the fraudulent service(?) fee which he charged, for a flight which never took off.nI wonder how such unprofessional fraudster are doing business in our society and cheating people of their hard earned money. I seriously wish that such people be punished but I have no choice but to know better and never trust such people. I would urge the readers of this review to not be cheated by such people and use travel portals instead, at least you can trust them to inform you if not more.

The service we have received from Dream Travel Yaari has been superb. Rahul has been extremely helpful, professional and patient with us.nThank you so much for making our anniversary so great.nI Would not hesitate to book again with Dream Travel Yaari and would highly recommend to anyone.
