I have very bad experiance ,Dr Mukesh Basantani did seems very competent doctor, he spoil my teeths, due to in appropriate setting of cap, my another teeth spoil, they are also very expensive so before going their, think twice

At the time of putting cap false statement given that it would be durable for at least 3 years but broken into pieces within 6 months. This happened with my father. When he went and complained then doctor denied no we can give assurance. That was costed around Rs. 9000 So they have cheated and made false statement and no co operation provided further. This is fraud.

Very competent in his treatment, highly experienced, confident but not overconfident and friendly doctor. He manages a long treatment in a short span of time systematically. His treatment is painless. One more appreciable thing is that in the pedamic of Covid-19 he continues his services full time without any hesitation with proper safety and precautions. In all he is a very good dentist. I recommend everyone for any type of dental problem. Niranjan Basu Govindpur, Allahabad.

He put a defective cap with wrong contour and from the very next day there was food getting into the gap between two teeth. Later he to rectify it said will fill the gap as there is decay in adjacent teeth. Can you beleive hom, he was going to spoil my good teeth also after already spoiling one teeth and costing me a cap. No Ethics at all. Doctors from Aiims told me that it's dentist's fault. and also in xray there is no decay. He should return money grabbed for the cap. Such doctors who are liars and see patients as money bag should be reported to agencies and A medical negligence case should be filed against such doctors.
