Itni wahiyat service kbhi nhi deki, they don't pick calls, they don't try to deliver any of your products and later return it. They won't even inform you about the parcel. My books/pan card/important documents every thing returned, and on asking they said you weren't home.nFew days back when I went there they said come before 1p.m jbki everywhere it's till 4 p.m. The person who sit on front desk has no manners to talk, and is very rude.nThere's this one guy from post office who got my number maybe through my parcels, personally message me on my whatsapp as hi, hello, kese ho etc, I had to block him.nThey will just ask you 'kal aana'nnPlease let me know, hum kha shikayat kar skte h.

Very pathetic service.They never delivered my sister's passport. And just write that the item is delivered.nnWhen I called they said that the postman of your area is very abusive. I said I'll come and collect.nnWhen I went there. The person there said the post man isn't here and to come tomorrow.nnVery worst experience. And the way they are handling important document s of customers is very pathetic.

They never ship any of your parcel at your doorstep. I don't know what they're doing. Because 4 times I waited for months for different couriers and they never came to my house to deliver those parcels. Instead I had to go there and pick up my parcels. Even they never call you to inform that your parcel has arrived or something like that.
