Very bad experience. They pasted the slip on the parcel in such a way that it completely covered the address and phone no. And thus the parcel could not be delivered due to incomplete address and was assigned RTO. We had to bring the parcel ourselves from the office otherwise it would have been sent back. This is such a irresponsible behaviour and a total waste of time. I would not recommend DTDC to anyone
