When a person sends the car to Toyata Authorized service station then he or she sends it with high degree of trust not just in Toyata brand but also their car service partners.nnIt is an implicit expectation from the service partner that they would adhere to best ethical and professional practices .However, this was certainly not my experience.nnI sent my brand new Toyoto fortuner car for a minor repair [hardly ran 8k] and service last year in Aug [~`18 Aug,2020] to Toyata Service station.nnFor just half a day of service and 1-2 days of repair, the service centre executives kept my cart for almost 2 weeks and even on constant calls and follow up with the executives (Naresh Kumar) and manager (Pravin) there was no response. They kept saying Madam work is in progress and continue gave me some or the other excuse. But who knows what was going in the background. Finally, my car was returned after 2 weeks.nnAnd now after few months the real picture came in front as I was exploring the options to sell my car. So, got it evaluated from Cars 24 and I was in utter shock seeing their evaluation report. There report mentioned that my car’s bonnet and one of the side part is painted and there meter showed the exactly same reading for painted parts whereas one single reading was being shown for the entire car.nThey also showed that the screws of the bonnet has marks of keys to open the Bonnet to separate it from car.nnThis is how service centre guys cheated by either replacing the bonnet of my brand new car or damaging and then painting it without my knowledge.nnI would never recommend this service station to anyone for any kind of services. They not only lost the business but also their reputation in my eyes.nnHorrible services and Not trust worthy Staff!!!

Total fraud service centre. They damaged the bonnet of my fortuner car and painted it without letting me know. I gave my car just for service and they returned it after 1 month and kept giving me excuses. I came to know when car 24 inspected my carnCar no. Is Hr 26 DN 3804
