Span Resort & Spa, Manali

Always the perfect spot in Manali to unwind and relax. It was my third time here and the place is unmatched. Everything from the rooms to the serene surroundings will put you in relax mode.

Stayed at Span Resorts & Spa in February 2021. I have visited this place multiple times. This used to be a great place to stay, however, the hotel is loosing its shine.nI stayed in Room No 115. On the first evening, I heard some sounds around midnight. To my surprise and disgust, there was a rat in the room. I kept on calling reception, room service, and other places in the hotel but no one answered for 2 hours. At 2 o Clock the duty manager answered and the reply was that nothing can be done as no one is available. After a lot of debate, he changed my room and at 3 in the morning, he shifted us to the next room.nIn the morning, when I reported this to the person on the reception, she said that she cant do much in this matter. I asked her if she can upgrade to another room to which she refused. I asked her that if they cant help then I will check out; her answer was sure I can do that but i wont get a refund. The 3 nights that me and my family stayed in the hotel were sleepless and horrible because of the incident and the un accommodating staff.nnFor some this might not be a big deal, but if you are spending in access of 15000 Rs a night you expect premium luxury.nnSpan used to be a great property, but this episode has left a bad taste. I will keep on visiting Manali, however, I will never visit Span Resorts & Spa.

Excellent location and top notch service. Property is by far the best one can find in manali. The river front makes it more appealing.

The best place to go in Manali if you want a relaxing trip. Perfectly suitable for family and friends. The riverside view is spectacular and you'll never get bored when you're there.

This is luxurious hotel. It's lies in the bank of beautiful Beas river. Nearby forest is SOMVAN for hiking.
