I used the facilities of this gym during my stay in Manali. It's located near the marketplace. There is a board near the road, after which you have to take the narrow lane near the 'Bank of India' branch. Once you are in, the gym is on your left side. It's well maintained and has most of the equipment such as Smith machine, incline press, squats, fly and so on. The staff is friendly and courteous. The gym opens before 7am in the morning. There is water, changing room and toilet facilities as well. Membership rates are reasonable.

Good equipments and trainer is nice but the area for the gym is low as compared to other gyms in Manali .....
