After a lot of thought and online search, we booked our family trip to Kashmir through Wasim (Online Holidays). It was very important for us to get comfortable service, as we were having 4 Senior citizens and 3 Kids in our group.nnWe received good service, had a comfortable trip across Srinagar, Sonmarg, Pahalgam and Gulmarg. Our guide cum driver Owais and Bilal were very friendly and helpful. In short, when you go for a trip, you look forward to good hospitality, comfortable environment and secured services to make the most of your holidays.nnOur family enjoyed the trip, decision of booking our tour through Wasim (Online Holidays) paid off really well. I thougt of planning honey moon trip to kashmir and searched so many online sites and online travel agencies, we are very lucky that we got wasim (online holidays) , swear no one can provide 5day/4night trip with in budget cost and with royal accomdation.nnAfter choosing package , from starting to end the way wasim handled trip was so nice, he is always in touch to know about the facilities provided were sufficient enough or not. We cant forget rafiq(guide & tour driver for whole trip) he is such a humble, joyful guy. He will explain everything about the places which we will choose. Actually he saved lot of money for us during gulmarg, sonmarg snow sports.nnMy suggestion: If anyone planning a trip to jammu & kashmir without any second thought you can choose online holidays, they are always to satisfy the customer about the place they choose to visit not for the money.

Online Holidays came through reference to me from one our friend and believe me my Kashmir trip was made worth and exciting by this guys. Very humble and nice people with great hospitality. Online Holidays believe in customer first and every satisfied customer would get them one more customer and that's how they have built their reputation over years. I had chosen a tour package of 8N 9D, they gave me excellent pickup and drop service at Srinagar airport. All points were shown as per itinerary by the very friendly driver. All the hotels and house boat chosen were extremely hygienic and nice in comfort. The food served by hotels Royal Heritage srinagar / Gulmarg Resort Gulmarg was also very tasty and the top of the list reason you will save 35-40% of the money which you would pay as a tour package for big tour operators. I highly recommend Online Holidays, the owner is very supportive and will guide you plan the tour itinerary as per your budget and number of days available.nThey also gave me option pay 25% as a advance rest at the end of tour.
