Lovely botique hotel with extraordinary service and hospitality. Highlands Park is the to go to place for its bar & lounge. The food is very good, with varied options for vegan, vegetarian and non vegetarian.nThe suites are aesthetically designed, comfortable and quaint, with the super effective heating. It’s a good size room and well suited for families with children.nThe owners take personal interest in ensuring the comfort of the guests, overall Highlands Park is an unmatched holiday experience!

Brilliant old -style property. 100% kashmiri touch. Huge stylish royal rooms with authentic heating system. Food is good. Fabulous bar! Service is not bad

Highlands Park was beautiful and scenic. The food was fantastic and the service was great. On the whole, a really memorable place and could be repeated happily.

We spent close to 7 night at HP ..... the place is great with an old world charm and rooms are very nice.nEverywhere we went in Kashmir.... we saw the most amazing people with exceptional service.... except the staff and HP. Especially the restaurant and Bar staff.nThey were rude/ understaffed and over worked it seemed. They did not smile and would just walk away on listening to a request!nThey have a set menu for BF and don’t have buffet. One needs to keep ordering for food and the waiters just can’t handle the requests. Management needs to think about their policiesnVery unpleasant feeling for a great place like Gulmarg.
