Simplicity is real beauty. A small, simple and beautiful hotel in the midst of mother nature's dreamland.nSuper efficient staff and really great chef who served me and my family so well in the really very severe climatic conditions was commendable.nThank you so much .

The hotel is an excellent location, very near to Gondala area and the surrounding is full of snow till April. The rooms are really luxurious for the price.They have a small dining area next to their kitchen where they serve hot and fresh food. The menu is small but tasty.

We stayed here for 5 days . Excellent service , especially Mr Riyaz the chef . Food made by him reminds you of your home . Khawa made by him is just exotic.Manager and his staff are so cooperative.

Amused to see the others review(paid review).nHave checked into hotel and my exp as followsn1.No one at reception desk had to search the whole place for them 3 of the staff were sleeping in a room i had to wake them up.n2.No wifi.n3.No TVn4.No hot watern5.Heater will bevswitched on as per their timingsn6.No proper Menu ,staff is gonna decide what they gonna cook.n7.I had a 5yrs old kid asked the staff for early dinner they said no cause they are fasting and once the last prayer is done they gonna break their fasting and then prepare foodn8.Un professional staffn9.when asked for wifi connection staff rudely replied call your travel agent or the property owner.n10.no proper bed warmers.
