Bedspreads ,bedsheets and towel were not fresh.nHas frequent power outages after 1amnNeed to beg the staff for hot water for bathing.nNice food.nDon't think the rooms are ever sanitized.

We had booking for a night at hotel Poshwan in which breakfast and dinner were included. Food quality was just worst never ever book any hotel in Kashmir with food. Room were stinky and had mice running around the hotel. WiFi wasn't working at all. Also water was not available there to take a bath or go to loo. They were supplying water through buckets. In sub zero temperature we need 24x7 hot water.

I shall definitely give 5 ud83cudf1f star in terms of safety, comfort , and behaviour of the staffs. View from the room is pretty good. But it is approximately 2 km from Gandola, main taxi stand and good restuarants of Gulmarg and you have to either walk or search for any mode of transportation which are the only disadvantage of this hotel. It is always recommend to take hotel near Gandola ride only which will make your stay more comfortable. But if you are ready to compromise with these, you may refer this property as you will get a comfortable stay in cheeper price.

No heater service providednWater problemnThe unlimited dinner buffet was worst the rice was smellynThe only thing we love was location and viewnThe service was terrific, took hours to provide basic necessitiesnThe wifi range was good
