order no.#16586182 I didn't expected this from ferns nd petal...it was such a worst experience,, who writes name on cake with the same color of cake...u written name from white color cream on white cake...u ppl r such a unprofessional...the mistake u have done ,,even common ppl have this much common sense that we need to write on cake with a contrasting colour....on the big name of ur company...u just making ppl fool nd making money from the ppl. nd didn't even u provided the card....written birthday message on teared piece of paper which was looking so ugly...nd completely showing ur unprofessionalism in your work. nd not even provided candles with cake which normally other companies provide. i thought Ferns nd petals is there to make someone birthday special but I was completly wrong..instead of making special, u spoiled someone mood nd day. thank u for ur unprofessional service nd to making me nd ppl beware from next time ordering from ferns nd petals...so that we won't waste money.
