Really...very good coaching centre in this entire surrounding.nIf you want to practice yoga then definitely..it's the place you need to check in.nIt's not only physical activity but it's mind blowing mudras... pranayama and meditation.nI had severe back pain with ideal guidance of yoga guru Mrs Shilpa, I got relieved from the back pain.nNow I am really feeling happy..

Its a good place for receiving energy for your mind body and heart. Physical nd mental peace . The instructor shilpa madam is too good in making us to do pranayama meditation each day in a different manner which ll give peace . We will feel healthier nd she is not like a teacher she will make us to do what ever she knows fully in the subject. Not for money sake but full efforts.
