I really disappointed, I thought Gomechanic will provide good service but it’s not the case:nn1 ) They are not responding properly for customer complaints.nn2 ) For my Skoda rapid I usually use SW40 fully synthetic oil but here they are using SW30 semi synthetic oil and am not sure that there using good oil bcoz they were using from oil drum instead of oil sealing can, and also it’s reduced my vehicle performance.nn3 ) They are not scanning the engine for inspection.nn4 ) They are not professional mechanic engineer.nn5 ) I selected standard packing it’s cost around 6200 and in that package they mentioned spark plug clean but they din do.nn6 ) totals am very much disappointed and I lost my money.

Great and honest service.nnWe had been to another place who said there is an oil leak in our car. But when we came here, they said it's just Air Conditioning and there's no need to spend money.
