While it is great that they conduct Animal Birth Control programs, they outright told me they only do it for dogs. They said they could not and would not neuter cats and referred me to DVC Kannur for the same. I'm not even sure if the people who told me to go to DVC were veterinary doctors. They couldn't even provide basic information such as how long after a cat gives birth is one supposed to get her neutered.nAs far as I could tell, there isn't any standard equipment. So sad to see government veterinary hospitals in such a state.
