Vasan Eye Care - Kannur

A famous eye hospital in Kannur. The doctors are well experienced. The hospital staffs are humble and polite. Room facilities are available for patients. They organise eye checkup camps at various educational institutions and other institutes.

It's ridicules... they won't accept card... still this hospital is in ancient era.. went to Ashoka hospital .. MIMS also good

Very poor customer service , my friend had really bad experience , first teach your staffs to behave well.

It's sad to see what Vasan Eye Care at Kannur has become. There used to be good doctors, but now it seems like all the good ones have already left. I went there after a year gap for a regular checkup, and they couldn't even find my previous documents and reports to have a look. Unfortunate for me I had a duplicate account (which shouldn't have happened in the first place because for both my accounts I gave the same phone number). The reception staff was very rude to me and talked to me in a rude tone as if everything was my mistake. I am terribly dissatisfied that the hospital doesn't take care of reports, profiles and a smooth transfer from one doctor to another doctor felt a bit disconnected. This is what happens when you keep consulting a doctor, and one day that doctor leaves a new doctor have no clue about your history.nnApart from this, the hospital now looks abandoned and poorly maintained. The walls haven't been painted in a long time, all equipments look old and not cleaned, most of the chairs are torn with sponge coming out.
