I'll Start with ample of old school machine that this gymnasium has. Gym is actually good for muscle workouts as goes for cardio this is not the best place to do it. If you opt for cardio it adds 500 extra to your monthly bill and machine s are limited like treadmill or cycle you need more than that too complete cardio. But the gym is acceptable and it's owner is constantly trying to make it better .they do take it very seriously when you don't rerack your weight but thats every gym in Kerala, hope this helps have a good day ud83dudcaa
