Very poor service. Many more my flights has canceled for nothing reason. And they even not refund amount of 50 percent. This not the way Proffesionally, this is disgusting. Please…, if you can’t go further more by profit, don’t take money from Travelers refunds. Just close and go home.nBOYCOT GO AIR

I had traveled 30KMs to this GoAir office in Kannur, only to find it empty. All I could find is a board mentioning call center numbers and an email Id. There were people in all other airline offices attending to their customers.nSo to all my people who are thinking of visiting this place for a new ticket or change of tickets or cancellations, do not come here. Try to resolve your queries through their call centre numbers(keep trying till you get connected and not toll free)nOr take alternate carriers which has their staff ready to assist you and provide you with the service.
