Koyili Hospital

Doctors are good , hospital room is expensive as much. Need to improve room facility. when am admitted room switch board is broken, cannot charge phone, No extra plug (in Ac room) . So, our phn charged in nurses room. For me nurses are good, and caring.

Good hospital. But there is no fan in the waiting section of doctor. Most of the patients are waiting in out side of doctors room without fan . So sweating and irritating that to the patients. Management kindly provide a fan in old block. That will help to the patients tooo

No service, staff full of attitude as if they pay us to visit the hospital. Went there by 11:30 am no parking, 3/4th of the parking is for the doctors and staff, they don’t care if the patients get a parking or not. Even in the doctors parking there are lots of empty parking but they don’t allow to park. Parked outside then went to the registration counter to take token every thing done, I gave my card for payment she said no cash as I didn’t tell her prior that I will be paying by card. And started arguing for cash and I said I will be paying only by card after 10 mts she swiped my card. Nurses even Mr. Modi or Mr. Pinarayi Vijayan won’t have this much of attitude. Doctors are good and helpful.nnThey place is so crowded and they don’t have any COVID protocol, the best place for you to be infected. No social distancing nothing...nnBetter to go to other hospitals

Room is dirty and very costly.nservices are very costly.

Never visit this hospital for consultation,these people give appointment for a particular time,and the whole patients will be waiting outside the OP room,but unfortunately the doctor will be coming after one nd half hours.doesnt give any value for our time.even the aged people will be waiting for so long that too in this corona situation.this can happen only in our country and in our state.very pathetic management and system.very poor service
