Staffs are well informed, friendly and enthusiastic in their dealing with their customers. Best service ever. The male staffs are more interactive. Staffs are well trained and have a good idea about the products hence easy for customers to choose between the brands. Great team work displayed. Ugh! So disappointed. the staff just ignored us. They were trying to avoid us. kind of had the feeling they weren't going to give us any attention, that kind of attitude would actually put me off buying anything at the store. Worst customer support. Never expect this kind behavior from first cry store. I have been shopping from first cry online for long time, every thing is perfect in online, But in first cry shop in Kannur, its upside down. You will never find worst customer service any were else

Unsatisfied and poor customer care by staff. Staffs are not willing to sell your products. Weird attitude of the staff made me not to buy the products from the shop.

Nothing great. Not having a good selection for dresses. Most of them are over priced too. Yes, there are moderate priced dresses too but most of them are over priced. Same about toys too. Staff attended was good. Also, after purchasing for a fair amount you have to pay for having it in a carry bag(paper), that too 9 Rs.. And if you are thinking it's a measure to reduce the consumption, save trees and all , their bill sized around 1.5ft length. Lol!

Pathetic, no collection at all . All over priced and cheap stuff. They don't even have a descend toy for a 4 year old . And now , they are doing over zealous covid drama by not allowing more than 2 people inside. So if u come with a family of 4 or 5 , expect half to stay outside !! No manners ..If they r so scared of covid he should be sitting home .... and the reception guy is a young guy...still more scared than a 80 year old. Shop always was bad in terms of collection and service , now with covid they have become pathetic .
