This hotel will spoil your happy vacation,. hotel management money minded,.Rooms were not in properly cleaned. AC leaking water all over the room,.pantry very bad smelling can't even sit and eat there,.I don't recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel to stay at Kannur near Railway Station with complimentry breakfast.

Terrible hotel. Two thirds of the staff stand around doing nothing and you need to ask them everything twice before they do anything.nWhen asked what time the pool was open, three different staff members gave us three different answers. The pool turned out to be a front for a bar where you can get beers served on really dirty tables, in the dark, next to the swimming pool.nThe WiFi is almost always down. The food is below average and freezing cold because they leave the heated serving trays switched off at the mains. No idea why.nReally bad service apart from one friendly member of staff who was helpful.nIt says it's a Four-Star hotel. It's not.
