I loved my stay in this resort!nStaff is very polite, friendly and cooperative.nThe rooms are beautiful and the food is delicious.nThe staff did work very quickly. We asked them to get bhune huye aaloo so they immediately arranged for it.nIt was very cold but just due to the beauty of the resort, we jumped into the pool which was very clean!nAll these 5 stars are for the staff and the service ud83dude0d

Room condition is bad. Not ideal for family stay . The food quality is worse. No warm water is supplied in washroom in winter. no administrative control over nasty group of boys staying in the hotel.

Very poorly maintained property and room service also poornNot recommendable for anyone
