This is one of the best gym to workout in Balaghat, now I will add some perks to testify what I said, first of all the gym has a very large area , the gym is very spacious and to my knowledge it is the only gym in Balaghat which has these tyres, cross ropes ( a small CrossFit area) and other things no other gym has got these things as they don't have the space for itud83dude0bud83dude0b, now the cardio section: the cardio section is enough to engage the gym crowd at once, there are two treadmills , two exercycle ( the stationary bicycle) and one cross trainer, the dumbbell size satrts from 2.5 kg and is available upto 30 kgs, and there are every other machine for the rest part of the workout including chest, shoulder, legs, biceps and triceps.
