I had booked 5 tickets from Bangalore to Shirdi and also the return tickets. A total of 10 tickets, 5 from Bangalore to Shirdi and 5 from Shirdi to Bangalore were cancelled at the last moment without even providing any other arrangement to travel. And I have not got any refund for the cancellation yet. The employee there and receptionist are very rude. Worst bus service provider ever.
