F45 is quite popular around the world for it's training methodologies. The functional exercises are meant to improve our heath and body fitness. I am glad that Vizag has got one and they are doing wonderful job here. The staff is very friendly. Just one hour training daily will do wonders for us. Must try.

Loved Every Bit of it. At the End u feel like its worth the price you pay. Trainers were super friendly.Just don't think much if u still doubt they offer you 3 day free membership where u get to choose whether to join or not.nnTeam training life changing ✌✌
