Reply to Owner's comment on my 1 star review - I don't have any advice for you to earn money because you are running your business at maximum profitability possible but I'm in a very big trouble to return the favour you gave me. The fact that I won't have got any other place for my driver to stay or would have got a taxi in a city like sahdol. Thank you for giving me better experience than promised as I was promised a new car and worry free experience but got a taxi with 2 lakh km on odometer and roller-coaster experience and ride quality. Got a thrilling experience of getting driven in car with red light on fuel indicator with 150 km left for your preferred fuel station. It was an enlightening experience to know that somebody has a preferred fuel station, and didn't preferred any other fuel station for 300 kms. I'm also amazed that how can somebody be so sure that a particular ml of fuel would take their car to exactly that fuel station which is more than 250km away.nI need to learn mathematics from someone who can make such calculations that even Einstein, Newton or Ramanujan can never think of doing.nThe whole experience was also great cardio exercise as I'm sure both my elderly father and myself didn't had heart beat rate lower than 100 during the whole 5-6 hours trip.nAnd I really appreciate you to not trust your own driver with money as you didn't gave him any money for the fuel while we paid you approx 75% of the whole trip in advance because he might steal ₹50-100 from you. Even ₹10 is such a big amount for him who might be earning a few thousands a month imagine what could he do with such a huge amount.nI really should have thought before giving you 1 star while I should be thankful and greatful to you.nBhai mauj kardi, bade heavy taxi owner ho yaar taam toh.nRegardsnPrateek Agrawal

In 2019 I travelled with Bobby Tour & Travels. It was a great experience. Roshan is a wonderful guy, he made the trip a memorable for all of us. Looking forward to plan trips in future as well. Highly recommended.

A very reliable service, the drivers are experienced and professionals. I would like to make a special mention about our driver Mr Roshan Mehta, who is a gem of a person, very experienced at driving in hilly roads, a very caring person who also possesses a great sense of humour and quick wit. Overall our time spent with him was very enjoyable. We will be looking forward to avail their services in the near future.

Never ever hire this travel agency vehicle at any cost if u want to trouble urself then go ahead.. iski gadi book karna pair me kulhadi marne ke Barabar hai... Poorest cab service in Shahdol, mannerless worst owner...worst behaviour ...after booking they show their actual colour...
