Very poor service, and very rude staff, my parents are very old and arthritis patients, after lot of persuasion to drop at certain point on main road where they normally get down, he refused and behaved very badly almost in threatening way. He dropped them almost 1 km ahead, it was 5:30am in the morning, fortunately i had car to pick them up so I could but people who won't have the facility will be in trouble. They have have not stopped the bus for toilet even for women. Bus condition also was pathetic. Avoid this agony and travel with some more professional people, Mr. Keshav(driver) is the special mention for his rude and very uncivilized.
