That counter staff uncle behavior very worst and he charged more amount for Parcel service .My request who can sending the parcel.do not send from sagar travels at kalwa location .Try to send from Courier or another travels.nnThat counter staff member asking to charges form unprofessional and rude uncle to answer the customer cost .nnEvery small like 2 or 5 kg parcel charges the charged 300 rules .So no need to send themnnI hope who will send the parcel from that travels .nnRegardsnnGanesh

Very upset with the service provided. My parcel was booked from Gujarat which was arriving at Thane via sagar travels. This guys didn't unloaded my parcel at kalwa, and the parcel goes misplaced.....Which i found it at Pune after 3 days of continuous follow-up in a very bad condition.nMelvin, the owner of sagar travels, extremely unprofessional and arrogant person, very loose talking person.

It's very older travel service in in Kalwa very good service and also you can courier the parcel from there
