Its not question of hating any one. We had been kept on calling their Thane off and absolutely no response.

It is a very good travel agency with good staffs. Taken service from Thane office. Very cooperative people. Visa team is very good.nnCharges are very reasonable. Regular updates are given on phone.nnI felt some staff need communication training. Team building training will be very good.
